TIPS (Teachers Involved with Parents and Students)
Crossett Human Resources Manager, Judy Kirkley, is shown at TIPS Center with aid, Shirley Scott.
TIPS continues to provide academic assistance to at-risk students in the Crossett School District. Programs offered to elementary and secondary level students include a Homework Hotline, a tutorial program, and a student/teacher/parent workroom. Approximately 700-800 students were served in the 2006-2007 school year. TIPS Center continues to be staffed primarily by volunteers, including a number of Bemis employees.

Scott Felder, Perfecseal-Mankato Plant Manager is presenting a BCF check to Greg Bednar of South Central Technical College.
This Mankato, Minnesota college offers an exceptional array of technical programs, general education courses, and a fully transferable Associate of Arts degree program. In addition, their ever-expanding Customized Training department provides specialized curriculum and consultant services to meet the needs of area businesses, as training needs for their employees arise. The Perfecseal-Mankato facility has continued to request the BCF support of this educational institution.
