NEENAH, WISCONSIN, August 1, 2008 - The Board of Directors of Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE:BMS) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 22 cents per share. The dividend is payable September 2, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 15, 2008.
